We provide optical fiber cable connection which needs a lot of roadside works. It can take 1 to 6 Hours which fully depend on our Fiber Team Queue, road situation, permissions & related. In the case of NTTN connectivity requirements, time can be varied based on third parties availability.
2.Do you have electric Backup?
Yes, All of our POP locations have multiple Electronic power options.
3.My location is outside your home coverage area, can I connect my home with Access Net?
No, You can't connect home connection.
4.I need a real IP (Public IP), Can i get one?
Yes, We provide on-demand real IP (Public IP) on Corporate connections. But still, an option to purchase an additional IP for home connection. We don't offer any real IP (Public IP) for our home connection.
5.Are you BDIX Connected?
Yes, we are BDIX connected. BDIX bandwidth is open for port service for all of our users.
6.Can you give us lowest ping and latency time for my game.
Gaming ping and latency can be vary based on route management. We can try to give you the best available route but as there is their party connected, we can not ensure availability for all games. If needed you can give us your gaming server IP, we can check and reply to you with ping and latency for your server.
7.How can i pay my bill?
We have multiple options to collect your bill. You can pay bkash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, Cash on the branch, cheque on the branch.
